The Vietnamese forest scorpion is a large, striking arachnid native to the dense forests of Vietnam and surrounding regions. It has a glossy black body, powerful pincers, and a curved tail tipped with a venomous stinger, which it uses primarily for defense and hunting small prey like insects. Despite its intimidating appearance, its venom is relatively mild and not dangerous to humans, causing pain similar to a bee sting.
