Bull terriers are a muscular, stalky breed originally used for fighting in the late 1800's. This breed's most recognizable feature is its "egg-shaped" head and sloping Roman muzzle, giving it a unique canid skull. One of the more popular stars of this breed was Spuds MacKenzie from the late 1980's beer commercials.
